St Peter’s Church
You will always find a warm and welcoming greeting at St Peter’s Church.
Everyone is welcomed to our regular services at 8am and 10am on a Sunday or, if you prefer a quieter style of worship, at 10am on a Wednesday morning. Our monthly Children’s Eucharist Service normally takes place at 10am on the first Sunday of each month, and our contemplative Taizé Service is at 6pm on the last Sunday of each month. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (usually): 9am Morning Prayer and 5pm Evening Prayer in church and online here. On the first Sunday of the month: 10am Children’s Eucharist Service. Last Sunday of the month: 6pm Taizé Service.

a New Chapter
Our new Vicar, Revd. Tom Smith, was Collated, Inducted and Installed on 8th June 2024. Tom joins our Ministry team made up of Associate Priest, Revd. Philip Green and our Lay Reader, Rosie Rawlinson. Together they bring a wide and varied leadership to our worship, together with a wealth of church and life experience that equips them to meet any Pastoral challenge that may present itself. Do join us at one of our regular services.
It is a joy to serve this wonderful community, and I look forward to walking alongside you in faith, worship, and fellowship.

Tiny People, Big Fun
St Peter’s church has a new mid-week energy! Every Tuesday between 9.30am and 11.30am, we are playing host to a Baby & Toddler Group.
Stitch, Sip, Socialise
Every last Thursday in the month, between 2pm and 4pm, St Peter’s provides the very best excuse for a get-together, a cup of tea and a good old natter.
