St Peters Church Hall
A Versatile Space for Your Event
Our spacious and well-equipped church hall is available for hire and provides a warm and welcoming venue for a wide range of events. Measuring 12m x 9m, it features wood block flooring and can accommodate up to 190 people, though for comfort, we recommend a maximum of 120 guests. Whether you’re planning a family celebration, community gathering, fitness class, children’s party, or group meeting, our hall offers a flexible and inviting space to suit your needs.
For those requiring catering facilities, our adjacent kitchen is fully equipped to support your event. It includes ample work surfaces, an eight-ring gas-fired range cooker, a fridge, and a hot water boiler, making it easy to prepare and serve refreshments. A convenient hatch connects the kitchen to the hall, allowing for efficient food service. If you wish to use the kitchen during your hire, please mention this at the time of booking so we can ensure everything is ready for you.

Facility Details
Furniture Available: Approx 90 plastic folding chairs 30 children’s chairs 20 folding tables 10 children’s tables Lighting is provided by switchable fluorescent or down-lighters.
Hire rate: £140 for 4 hours.
Parish Lounge: For smaller meetings we have a bright lounge for hire measuring 5m x 6m with carpeted floor. This room is suitable for approx 20 persons in a comfortable environment.
Furniture: 22 easy chairs 2 small tables Lighting is provided by dimmable down-lighters. Additionally, the room can be easily divided into two by means of a sliding partition.
For the disabled: There is wheelchair access to hall and lounge with a dedicated toilet and an induction loop is available in the hall.
Parking Facilities: There is a free, public car park immediately adjacent to St Peter’s Church with parking for up to thirty cars.
Additional Information: Our Parish Centre benefits from full central heating and Audio – Visual equipment is available – please ask to suit your requirements.
