St Peters Church
A Place of Faith and Community
We are your Parish church in London Colney and are one of three hundred and thirty five parishes that make up the Diocese of St Albans. Recently turning two hundred years old, St Peter’s has been serving the needs of London Colney for a long time and is proud to be able to continue to do so into the 21st Century. We welcome everyone, whether to worship, to take part in events or simply if you are in need of a cup of tea and a listening ear.
Beyond our services, St Peter’s is a vibrant hub of activity, with groups for all ages, special events, and opportunities to serve and grow in faith. No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, we welcome you to join us as we celebrate the love of Jesus, care for one another, and share in the life of our community. St Peter’s Church is a place where history inspires, faith deepens, and everyone belongs. Come and be part of our story.

Who We Are
Who We Are In Ministry
Our new Vicar, Revd Tom Smith, was Collated, Inducted and Installed on 8th June 2024. Tom joins our Ministry team made up of Associate Priest, Revd Philip Green and our Lay Reader, Rosie Rawlinson. Together they bring a wide and varied leadership to our worship, together with a wealth of church and life experience that equips them to meet any Pastoral challenge that may present itself. Do join us at one of our regular services. There are two held on Sundays – 8am and 10am, with a quieter midweek service at 10am on Wednesdays.
